The company was formerly known as L&T Integrated Engineering Services Limited and changed its name to L&T Technology Services Limited in September 2012. The company was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Vadodara, India. L&T Technology Services Limited is a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited.
